    Chi-Jia Hsieh

    Born and raised in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Chi-Jia showed a great interest in technology integration and pursued a degree in information management. She acquired various skills such as graphic design, video editing, 3D modeling and animation, as well as programming and coding. These experiences laid a solid foundation for my information literacy and became valuable resources in her future career and journey. Fueled by interest in education, she decided to integrate technology with education and pursued studies in Digital Learning and Education. After graduation, she stayed in Taipei, Taiwan, and became a web developer in a science education website. She then discovered her passion in positive psychology and positive education and became a PhD student in Purdue University.

    My previous experience in digital learning contributes to my role as a researcher and educator from the perspective of formal and informal learning settings. Looking into students’ learning experience from the perspective of a teacher, instructional designer, and developer.
